3. Bookings & Payments
- To confirm a booking, full or partial payment may be required in advance.
- Payment methods accepted will be as specified at the time of booking.
- Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable taxes.
- Prices quoted are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If you cancel a booking, cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy. The specific cancellation terms will depend on the tour package, date, and provider’s terms.
- Refunds (if any) will be processed after necessary deductions (cancellation charges, fees by third parties).
- In cases where the Company cancels a tour (e.g. insufficient bookings, force majeure, or safety issues), you will be either offered an alternative date, a comparable substitution, or a full refund.
5. Modifications / Changes
- You may request modifications (e.g. date change, itinerary changes) which are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- The Company reserves the right to alter or modify tour details (hotels, routes, timings) for operational reasons. We will inform you of major changes as soon as possible.
6. Travel Documents & Visas
- You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, insurance, and any other required documents.
- The Company may assist with visa services but does not guarantee visa approval. Visa fees, if applicable, are not included unless explicitly stated.
7. Force Majeure
- The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure”).
- Examples include natural disasters, war, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, disasters, government acts or omissions, or other similar events.
8. Health, Safety & Conduct
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or other special needs before booking.
- The Company or its service providers may refuse services or remove a participant for health or safety reasons.
- You agree to follow instructions of guides or staff during the tour.
9. Liability & Insurance
- We act as an agent for any suppliers of services and shall not be liable for any damage, loss, delay, injury, or death resulting from any act, omission, or default by such suppliers.
- While we endeavour to ensure that service providers are reliable, we do not guarantee their performance.
- We strongly recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, loss of baggage, and other risks.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned by Bhagyashree Tours or used with permission.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use such content without our express written consent.
11. Privacy
