- Payment Terms- You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % convenience charge will be applicable. Cheque / Demand draft should be in favour of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.”
- Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you like Aadhar card, Election card or Passport. kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
Mode of Payment :
- Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
- Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
Terms & Conditions:
- All disputes (if any) subject to Pune Jurisdiction only. *
Cancellation: The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
- Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
6.Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.

- 2. Internal transfers & sightseeing by A/C Vehicle or Non A/C ferry/boat wherever needed.

- 4 Any new taxes levied by the central or state government.
- 5 Cost of Insurance.
- 6 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 7 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as
- change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is
- not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.
Itinerary
Leave Pune for Mumbai @ 12.00 pm by bus/Car, leave Mumbai at 06:05 Hrs. for Port Blair by flight, Arrival & check in at hotel, Evening proceed for sightseeing of Corbyn’s Cove Beach & Cellular Jail light and sound show, return back to hotel, Dinner and halt at Port Blair. (Hotel check-in time 12.00 noon)
Island tour of Coral Island & Ross Island. After sightseeing, return to the hotel, Dinner and halt at Port Blair.
After breakfast, transfer to Havelock by boat/ferry, Visit Radhanagar beach, Dinner and halt at Havelock.
After breakfast checkout and proceed to Neil Island by boat/ferry, visit Laxmanpur Beach, Sunset point, and Natural Bridge, Dinner, and halt at Neil Island.
After breakfast checkout & proceed to Port Blair. On arrival After lunch, visit Anthropological Museum, Samudrika Museum, Chatham Saw mill, Dinner and halt at Port Blair.
After breakfast, leave Port Blair for Pune @ 09.50 hrs. Arrive Mumbai @ 16.50 Hrs. proceed to Pune by road, TOUR END
