- Payment Terms-
You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % convenience charge will be applicable, Cheque / Demand draft should be in favours of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.” - Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you like Aadhar card, Election card or Passport. Kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare/Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
Mode of Payment :
- Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
- Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.

Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
- Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.

- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as change in
- airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is not a part
- of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.

Itinerary
Leave Pune at 18:45 Hrs. for Udupi by train no 22150. | Mumbai guest will board the same train at Panvel station @ 21.20 Hrs.
Reach Udupi at 09.38 Hrs. Hotel Check in and later visit Shringeri Math, return back to hotel, Dinner and Stay at Udupi.
After breakfast visit Malpe beach and Shrikrishna Math, checkout and proceed to visit Anegudi Ganesh temple, Marwanthe beach and Mookambika Temple. Later proceed to Murudeshwar. Halt at Murudeshwar hotel. (125Km)
Today, visit Edgunji Ganpati and Gokarna Mahabaleshwar. Evening visit Raja Gopuram and 123 Feet Shiva statue. Stay at Murudeshwar. (65 Km)
Leave Murudeshwar for Sirsi via Jog Falls. Stay at Sirsi Hotel. (130 Km)
After breakfast, visit Marikamba temple & Banwasi. Stay at Sirsi Hotel.
Day 7: Leave Sirsi for Belgum Railway station (200 Km) enroute visit Sahasra lingam, Magod fall, Kavedikeri & leave Belgaum by train no 17317 Dadar Central Exp. at 18:15 Hrs.
