TCS can be reclaimed by tourists in their ITR for Next year [amount may differ as per final amount]
Mode of Payment:
- Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost & Full amount of Airfare, which is interest free.
- All the balance must be cleared 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
- All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour,
- Payment against forex $ will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
- Airfare, Visa, Insurance amount in favor of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Package amount in favour of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- TCS is calculated at 5%. If you have spent more than 7 Lakh per person in financial year, then TCS will be charged 20%, Declaration is also required for the same.
Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.
1. Before 45 days cancellation, then only registration fee (Rs: 75, 000/-) is treated as Cancellation charges.
2. Between 16 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
4. Between 1 to 7 Days / `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost
Terms & Conditions:
- All disputes (if any) subject to Pune Jurisdiction only.
- Cancelation policy: As per BTPL conditions only. (as per booking form/broucher/website)
- Forex: At the time of final payment respective forex rate of the day will be calculated.
Please Note
It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds
In case visa is rejected for any reason, we are not responsible for the same & full charges including our service charges will have to be paid, If visa is delayed due of any reason and passenger not travel, passenger has to bare cancellation charges as per cancellation rules + cancellation charges for air ticket and visa etc.
For U.K. as well as Schengen visa biometric test is mandatory, (No cut’s on finger and Mehndi not allowed)
Passport Should be valid upto 06 month after complication of tour, Otherwise passenger will not be able to travel international Destination’s.
Minimum no. of passengers for conducted tour is 25 Adults, in case no. of passengers are less than 25 adults, decision of tour departure will depend on Management of the Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.
Baggage is allowed per person upto 20 kg cargo and upto 07 Kg hand Bag

Itinerary
Assemble at Mumbai International Airport for your flight to Warsaw (Poland). Complete the formalities & board the flight. Arrive Warsaw. Transfer to hotel. Overnight at a hotel in Warsaw.
Post breakfast, head out to explore the capital. Check out the important landmarks such as Old Town Market Square, Chopin Monument etc. Visit Wilanow Palace & Royal Castle. Overnight at hotel, Warsaw. (B, L & D)
After breakfast, drive to Krakow. On the way visit museum of history Katowice & Orientation tour of the city. Continue your journey to Krakow. Arrive & Check-in. Overnight at hotel, Krakow.
Post breakfast, visit Wieliczka Salt mine. Return to the city. IN the afternoon enjoy half day guided city tour. Overnight at hotel, Krakow.
After breakfast, check out & transfer to Prague. Arrive Prague. In the evening, enjoy cruise on Danube River. Overnight at Hotel Prague.
Post breakfast, head out to explore Capital of Czech Republic. Enjoy iconic sites such as Charles Bridge, Lesser Town, the Jewish Quarter, Old Town, and Prague Castle in the city tour. (Walking Guided tour). Enjoy Cruise on Vltava River. Overnight at Hotel Prague.
After breakfast, check out & transfer to Vienna. Arrive Vienna. Check-in. Overnight at hotel, Vienna.
Post breakfast, head out to explore Jewel of Austria, city of Music, Vienna. Visit Schonbrunn Palace (Entry to lower Belvedere, Orangerie, Palace Stables & Gardens.) Later visit St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Photo stops at important places such as Opera House, The Hofburg Etc. Overnight at hotel, Vienna.
After breakfast, check out & transfer to Bratislava. Arrive Bratislava. Visit Presidential Place, Old Town Hall, St. Martin’s Cathedral, Blue Church, Michel’s Gate (Photo Stops) Visit Bratislava Castle Slavin (War Memorial). Later drive to Budapest. Arrive Budapest. Check-in Hotel. Overnight at Budapest.
After breakfast, leave to explore both sides of Danube, Buda & Pest. Visit Mighty Buda Castle, Fisherman’s Bastian & St. Stephan s Basilica. Walk the iconic Sechenyi Bridge & Hero s Square. Overnight at Hotel, Budapest.
Post breakfast, transfer to Zagreb. Arrive Zagreb. Visit Cathedreal of Zagreb, Park Maksimir & Museum of Broken Relationships. Transfer to Hotel. Check-in. Overnight at hotel, Zagreb.
After breakfast, transfer to Plitvice National Park. Enjoy the spectacular natural landscapes which park offers. Overnight at hotel, Zadar.
