- Payment Terms-
You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % convenience charge will be applicable, Cheque / Demand draft should be in favours of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.” - Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you like Aadhar card, Election card or Passport. kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare & Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not Compare with others passenger cost.
- Please note- if you need GST bill for your GST number; please give GST detail at the time of booking. Once receipt done; no changes will be possible.
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
Mode of Payment :
- Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
- Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.

Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
- Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
6.Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.

- 1. Accommodation on twin sharing basis in Deluxe hotels.
- 2. Internal transfers & sightseeing by AC vehicle some sightseeing by Non AC small vehicle.
- 3. Food Plan (We provide only Pure Veg food in Yatra tour) Day 2nd to 8th: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- 4. Entry fees of above mention sightseeing’s only
- 5. Day 2nd to 8th : Per day per person one drinking water bottle (except Infant)

- 1 Any Air/Train fare and Air/Train Journey foods and Beverages.
- 2 Any increase in airfare, airport tax, fuel surcharge etc.
- 3 Web check in & Seat Selection cost.
- 4 Any new taxes levied by the central or state government.
- 5 Cost of Insurance.
- 6 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 7 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such
- as change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food
- which is not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.
Itinerary
Leave Pune Railway Station for Veraval Express by Train No 11088 at 20:10 Hrs.| Mumbai Guest can board at Kalyan Station @ 22.22 hrs.
Reach Ahmedabad at 07:30 Hrs. (HTL STD Check in time 12.00hrs) Check in Hotel and later visit Sabarmati ashram. After lunch proceed to visit Adalaj Ki wav and Akshardham Temple. Dinner and stay at Ahmadabad. (B, L, D)
Leave Ahmadabad for Statue of Unity (200 km) (Kevadia). Arrive Statue of unity & check in Hotel. After lunch proceed to Sightseeing of Valley of Flowers, Statue of Unity, and laser show at statue of unity. Stay at Statue of Unity / Kevadia. (B, L, D)
Leave Statue of Unity for Vadodara (100 km), Enroute visit Garudeshwar (Datta Mandir, Tembbeswami Samadhi). Arrive Vadodara & check in Hotel. After lunch proceed to Sightseeing of Laxmi Vilash Palace and Sayaji bagh. Stay at Vadodara. (B, L, D)
Leave Vadodara for Junagadh (375 km). Dinner and stay at Junagadh. (B, L, D)
After breakfast check out hotel & proceed to Girnar sightseeing of Ambaji temple (Girnar ropeway Depend on the weather conditions), Narsinha Mehta temple, Shakkar baug Zoo. After lunch leave for Somnath via Jungle safari at Gir Interpretation Zone. Arrive Somnath & check in hotel. Stay at Somnath hotel. (B, L, D) (If you want to visit Girnar Datta temple, you have to leave at 6 am. You can go by auto at own till the rope way station. At the time of booking the trip, the rope-way ticket should be booked for 7 am.)
After Breakfast Proceed to Somnath local sightseeing of Somnath Jyotirlinga Temple, Geeta Temple, Triveni sangam, Bhallak tirth. After lunch proceed to Dwarka (220 Km) via Porbandar. Visit Kirti Mandir and Sudamapuri Temple at Porbandar. Stay at Dwarka. (B, L, D)
After breakfast checkout and proceed to visit Dwarkadhish Temple. Lunch at hotel and proceed for Bet Dwarka Temple Darshan, Enroute visit Nageshwar Temple, Rukhmini temple. After dinner proceed to Okha railway station (35 kms) for train no. 19568 at 00:55 Hrs. (B, L, D)
