You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % convenience charge will be applicable, Cheque / Demand draft should be in favours of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.” - Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you Election card or Passport only. kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare & Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
- Please note- if you need GST bill for your GST number; please give GST detail at the time of booking. Once receipt done; no changes will be possible.
Mode of Payment :
- Initial Booking Amount 75 % of the total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
- Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will be accepted at the respective rate of the day.
Terms & Conditions:
- All disputes (if any) subject to Pune Jurisdiction only. *
Cancellation: The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
- Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost (except Air/Train fare)
- .Between 1 to 6 Days no refund. In case of `no show’, no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.

- 5 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 6 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 7 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as
- change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 8 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which
- is not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- 9 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 10 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 11 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.

Itinerary
Leave Mumbai/Pune for Bagdogra, arrive & proceed to Phuentsholing. Arrive & complete immigration formalities at Phuentsholing (Bhutan village on the Indo-Bhutan border, 165 kms, 4 hours) Night stay at Phuentsholing.
After breakfast, proceed to Paro (176 kms, 6 hrs.).
After breakfast, visit Kichu Monastery, Paro Airport viewpoint, Paro museum and Paro Dzong. Evening free for shopping in the beautiful Paro market. Night stay at Paro.
After breakfast, visit Tiger Nest (Taktsang) Monastery viewpoint and visit Chelela pass from where you can see the entire Himalayan range and the highest peak of Bhutan-Jomolhari and back to hotel for lunch. After lunch departure to Thimpu (56 kms, 2 hrs). Night stay at Thimphu.
After breakfast, visit huge open air Buddha statue, Takin preserve (Bhutan`s national animal), Simthokha Dzong, after lunch free to roam around the market or enjoy free time, Night stay at Thimphu.
After breakfast, departure to Punakha via Do-Chula Pass (10000 ft.) where you can visit 108 Chorten memorials. Visit Punakha Dzong (Bhutan`s old capital) after lunch back to Thimpu.
Leave for Phuentsholing Enroute lunch and rest, Night stay at Phuentsholing.
After breakfast, check out hotel & proceed to the immigration office for return formalities, then departure to Bagdogra airport & proceed to Hometown. Tour End!
