Mode of Payment:
1. Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost, which is interest free.
2. All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour,
3. Payment against Dollar $ will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
4. Airfare, Visa, Insurance amount in favour of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.
5. Tour Package amount in favour of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
Cancellation:The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.
1. Before 45 days cancellation, then only registration fee (Rs: 35, 000/-) is treated as Cancellation charges.
2. Between 16 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
4. Between 1 to 7 Days / `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost
Terms & Conditions:
Documents require for Visa (Tentative) – All documents must be in A4 size paper.
All the passengers above 75 yrs of age must go through the medical exam conducted by the Australian Consulate.

1. In case visa is rejected for any reason, we are not responsible for the same & full charges including our service charges will have to be paid, If visa is delayed due of any reason and passenger not travel, passenger has to bear cancellation charges as per cancellation rules + cancellation charges for air ticket and visa etc.
2. Passport Should be valid up to 06 month after completion of tour, Otherwise passenger will not be able to travel international Destination’s.
3. Minimum no. of passengers for conducted tour is 21 Adult, in case no. of passengers are less than that, decision of tour departure will depend on Management of the Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.
4. Baggage is allowed per person up to 20 kg cargo and upto 07 Kg hand Bag

6. Hotel Check in time: 1500hrs; Hotel Check out Time : 1100hrs
7. Time for both Visa’s- as per policy of embassy (beyond our control)

Mumbai - Auckland flight. Upon arrival, we proceed to Rotorua – known for its bubbling mud pools, shooting geysers, natural hot springs and fascinating Maori culture. En route we visit Waitomo Glowworm Caves – an ancient natural cave. Here we take a boat ride through the glowworm grotto, marvel at thousands of magical glowworms. Overnight at Rotorua. (D)
After breakfast visit a Te Puia / Whakarewarewa Thermal Reserve – showcasing bubbling mud pools, shooting geysers and natural hot springs. We then enjoy the Sheep Shearing Show at Agrodome – here you are introduced to 19 breeds of sheep and witness a live sheep shearing demonstration, you’ll learn the remarkable story of New Zealand and discover the full process of wool making. Today we proceed to Auckland. Upon arrival we see Harbour Bridge – an eight-lane motorway bridge over the Waitemata Harbour, Westhaven Marina – home to over 2,000 boats including privately owned yachts and launches making it one of the biggest marinas in the world, Queen Street – once a dirty canal leading out to sea, today is the heart of central business district (CBD) and a shopper’s paradise, Auckland Waterfront – a true gem in the Heart of the city. Then we visit the Auckland Sky Tower Observatory Deck – the tallest freestanding structure in the Southern Hemisphere, standing tall at 328 meters as an icon of Auckland's sky line for 20 years, enjoy the breath-taking views of the city. Today we fly to Queenstown – a city that sits on the shores of the South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, set against the dramatic Southern Alps, renowned for adventure sports is the birthplace of bungee jumping. Today we visit bungee jumping point on Kawarau River and take a stroll around Arrow Town – historic gold mining town in the Otago region of the South Island of New Zealand. Later we board skyline gondola ride to visit Bob Peak which offers amazing view of Queenstown. (B, L, D)
Today we visit Milford sound – a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a stunning natural attraction in Fiordland National Park with its magical combination of mountain peaks, ink-dark waters and superb dramatic forest-clad cliffs. En route we see Te Anau Lake – largest glacial lake in southern New Zealand, Mirror Lakes – set of lakes with lovely reflections of the Earl Mountains lying just north to the Te Anau Lake, Knobs Flat, Cascade Creek, Lake Furgus, Holyford Valley Lookout, Monkey creek and Hummer Tunnel. Upon arrival we embark on scenic Milford sound cruise and sail through mesmerizing landscapes of Fjord Land National Park to view vistas of Mitre Peak – one of the most photographed peaks in New Zealand. Later we stroll around Queenstown waterfront area. (B, L, D)
After Breakfast proceed for One of the most scenic Journeys in New Zealand. Depart for alpine region of Lake Tekapo. Picturesque by day and dazzling by night, Lake Tekapo is part of a UNESCO Dark Sky Reserve, making it the perfect spot for stargazing. After Lunch you can take an optional Helicopter ride to the Glaciers of Mount Cook Evening free to explore the Mackenzie region of the New Zealand Alps. (B, L, D)
After Breakfast. Travel Canterbury Plains to Christchurch. Lunch and after arrival visit to The Antarctic Attraction Feel the chill of winter and watch daylight return as the Antarctic summer approaches after four months of darkness. Overnight at Christchurch. (B, L, D)
