- 07. Porter charges Airport or train station. As per new RTO low government not allowing carrier facility so please carry less luggage and small size 1 bag only. Maximum size 44cmX27cmX30cm. More than 15kg luggage will not accept on tour.
- 08. Any extra expense such as route/Airline/Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc. incurred due to the
- unforeseen, unavoidable forced major circumstances during the tour.
- 09. Personal expenses like –tipping laundry/telephone charges/shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages/mineral water
- other than commitment, items of personal nature & food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- 10. Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary.
- 11. On tour any activity that may cause loss of life, injury or other health impacts, property damage, social
- and economic disruption or environmental degradation guest will be directly responsible by all manner.
- 12. Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘Package Include’ column.

2. Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
3. Carry original & 2 Xerox copy Photo ID proof like Aadhaar Card, election card, pan card.
4. Luggage should be as per airline rules.
5. Please reconfirm onward, return flights details for specific date in BTPL office.
6. Please refer to our brochure/booking form/website for cancellation policy.
7. We provide hotel food on this tour.
8. Minimum paid 15 Adults in group mandatory. if less than that; decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd in 8 days of prior departure.
9. Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare & Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
10. Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
11. Please note- if you need GST bill for your GST number please give GST detail at the time of booking. Once receipt done; no changes will be possible.
12. It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
