1. Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost & Full amount of Airfare, which is interest free.
2. All the balance must be cleared 15 days prior to Departure of tour.

7. TCS is calculated at 5%. If you have spent more than 7 Lakh per person in financial year, then TCS will be charged 20%, Declaration is also required for the same.

The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.
1. Before 45 days cancellation, then only registration fee (Rs: 75, 000/-) is treated as Cancellation charges.
2. Between 16 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
4. Between 1 to 7 Days / `no show' no refund i.e. cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost

1. In case visa is rejected for any reason, we are not responsible for the same & full charges including our service
charges will have to be paid, If visa is delayed due of any reason and passenger not travel, passenger has to bear
