Arrive Cairo airport, welcome greeting by our representative who will assist you and provide tra nsfers to your Hotel in Cairo. (the clients will inform us about their arrival time minimum 7 days before)

5. Covering letter on business letter head explaining the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory 6. Bank Statement updated last six month
7. NOC for employees and single ladies along with a signature proof
8. Leave certificate for student; NOC if working, from company.
9. Covid Vaccination Certificate
10. Aadhar Card
11. Retired person – P.P.O or Retirement certificate

1. Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost, which is interest free.
2. All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour,
3. Payment against Dollar $ will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
4. Airfare, Visa, Insurance amount in favour of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.
5. Tour Package amount in favor of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.

The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.
1. Before 45 days cancellation, then only registration fee (Rs: 35, 000/-) is treated as Cancellation charges.
2. Between 16 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
4. Between 1 to 7 Days / `no show' no refund i.e. cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost
