- 06. Porter charges Airport or train station. As per new RTO low government not allowing carrier facility so please carry less luggage and small size 1 bag only. Maximum size 44cmX27cmX30cm. More than 15kg luggage will not accept on tour.
- 07. Cost of Pre / Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 08. Any extra expense such as route/Airline/Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced major circumstances during the tour.
- 09. Personal expenses like – shopping, tipping laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water other than commitment, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu.
- 10. Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
- 11.On tour any activity that may cause loss of life, injury or other health impacts, property damage, social and economic disruption or environmental degradation guest will be directly responsible by all manner.
- 12. Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘Package Include’ column.

- 4. You can try for A/C train tickets or flight option for your comfort.

- 6. Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- 7. Train: Before 60 days of prior departure; guest can book train tickets at own. Please use www.irctc.co.in for your specific suitable choice. i.e. lower berth, all berth in same bogie, nearby berths, concessions. We can’t give any surety about train and it’s services.
- 8. Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare & Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- 9. Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
- 10. Please note- if you need GST bill for your GST number; please give GST detail at the time of booking. Once receipt done; no changes will be possible.
- 11. It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.

Arrive Panaji at noon, proceed to hotel, Check in & Stay at North Goa.
After breakfast full day South Goa Tour, Stay at North Goa.
After breakfast day free for relax, Evening enjoy group activities and stay at North Goa.
After breakfast check out and drop at Airport/Panaji Station, Tour End!
