3. Duly filled one visa application form with sign (Visa form should be typed - hand written will not be accepted.) 4. Detailed personal covering letter and Leave letter from the company
5. Hotel Confirmation with guest name, check-in, check-out details, payment confirmation details and hotel name and address.
6. Day by day tour schedule v 7. Copy of personal Income Tax papers for last 3 years
8. Updated Bank statement for the last 6 months with applicant's name, a/c no. with bank seal & sign
9. Air Ticket.

1. Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost & Full amount of Airfare, which is interest free.
2. All the balance must be cleared 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
3. All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour,
4. Payment against forex $ will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
5. Airfare, Visa, Insurance amount in favor of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.
6. Tour Package amount in favour of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
7. TCS is calculated at 5%. If you have spent more than 7 Lakh per person in financial year, then TCS will be charged 20%, Declaration is also required for the same.

The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.

2. Between 16 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
4. Between 1 to 7 Days / `no show' no refund i.e. cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost
