- You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % convenience charge will be applicable, Cheque / Demand draft should be in favours of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.”
- Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you like Aadhar card, Election card or Passport. kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare/Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
Mode of Payment :
1. Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
2. Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.

Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
1. Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
2. Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
3. Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
4. Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
5. Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
6.Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.
Included and Excluded
- 1. Accommodation on twin sharing basis in standard hotels / Dharmashala.
- 2. Internal transfers by AC Vehicle, & some sightseeing by Non AC small vehicle/auto/boating.
- 3. Food Plan (We provide only pure Veg food in Yatra tour)
- Day 2 to Day 16: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Day 17 : Breakfast and Pack Lunch.
- 4. Entry fees of above mention sightseeing’s only.

- 4 Any new taxes levied by the central or state government.
- 5 Cost of Insurance.
- 6 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 7 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such
- as change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food
- which is not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.
Itinerary
Leave Pune for Indore by Train No 22943 Pune Indore Express at 15:30 Hrs.
Reach Indore at 08:30 Hrs. Proceed to Omkareshwar - one of the 12 Jyotirling (80 Km). On arrival lunch and visit Omkareshwar Temple, Mamleshwar Temple & stay at Hotel.
On Narmada ghat holy bathing, Puja of Narmada Parikrama Sankalp with prasad of Kadhai (Semi solid shira),5 Kumarika Pujan. After lunch proceed to Shahada (260 Km) & halt.
Leave Shahada (Maharashtra) for Ankaleshwar (Gujarat) via Darshan of Kedareshwar, Vishweshwar & Pushpdanteshwar Temples of Prakasha & halt at Ankaleshwar (175 Km).
Leave for Ankaleshwar to Katpor by boat to Mithitalaii (80 Km). Procced to Garudeshwar & stay. (NOTE: Katpor boat journey is 4/5 hours and boating time is not fix, boating time totally depends on high tide. Sometimes we have to go by over bridge it depends on weather.)
Leave for Dutta Temple, Tembe Swami Tomb, Statue of unity. After lunch procced to Maheshwar (250 Km)
After breakfast, leave for Maheshwar sightseeing and after lunch leave for Ujjain via Indore sightseeing & Ujjain darshan. Halt at Ujjain. (150 Km)
Leave Ujjain to Bhopal via Nemavar Sidheshwar Shivling temple, Sidheshwar ghat (310 Km) & Halt at Bhopal.
Leave Bhopal for Jabalpur via Gwari ghat & halt at Jabalpur (310 Km).
Leave Jabalpur for Amarkantak, Arrived and halt at Amarkantak. (250Km)
After breakfast, local sightseeing of Amarkantak, & halt at Hotel.
Leave Amarkantak for Narsingpur via Maharajpur Mandala (350 Km) & Halt.
After breakfast visit Barman Ghat. Post lunch proceed to Hoshangabad & halt. (175 Km)
After Narmada ghat darshan leave for Omkareshwar. After fresh up Narmada ghat puja & Halt. (250Km)
Visit Omkareshwar temple, Papnashak puja/Sankalp Purti. Breakfast & proceed to Indore with pack lunch. Leave Indore by train No 22944 at 16:30 Hrs. your hometown.
