- You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % convenience charge will be applicable, Cheque / Demand draft should be in favours of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.”
- Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you like Aadhar card, Election card or Passport. kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare & Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
Mode of Payment :
1. Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
2. Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
Terms & Conditions:
1. All disputes (if any) subject to Pune Jurisdiction only. *
Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
1. Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
2. Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
3. Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
4. Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
5. Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
6.Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.

- 1. Accommodation on twin sharing basis in Deluxe hotels.
- 2. Internal transfers & sightseeing by AC vehicle some sightseeing by Non AC small vehicle.
- 3. Food Plan Day 2nd: Dinner
- Day 3rd to 6th: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Day 7th : Breakfast
- 4. During tour 2 times Non veg (Chicken Item) for Non Vegetarian.

- 6. Day 2nd to 7th : Per day per person one drinking water bottle (except Infant)

- 8. Porter charges except Pune/Mumbai.
- 9. GST 5%.
- 1 Any Air/Train fare and Air/Train Journey foods and Beverages.
- 2 Any increase in airfare, airport tax, fuel surcharge etc.
- 3 Web check in & Seat Selection cost.
- 4 Any new taxes levied by the central or state government.
- 5 Cost of Insurance.
- 6 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 7 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as
- change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is
- not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.
Itinerary
Leave Pune Railway Station by Train no. 20496 Jodhpur Express at 19:30 Hrs. for Jodhpur. (Kalyan Railway at 22:07hrs)
Reach Jodhpur at 15:10 Hrs. & stay at Jodhpur hotel. (D)
After breakfast check out hotel & Proceed to Jodhpur sightseeing - Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada, Umaid Bhawan Palace. After lunch Proceed to Jaisalmer (275 Km). Stay at Jaisalmer hotel. (B, L, D)
After breakfast, proceed to sightseeing - Gadhisar Lake, Golden Fort, Patvon ki Haveli. Afternoon proceed to Sam Desert Camp for Camel safari & Cultural Program. Arrive Jaisalmer & Stay at Jaisalmer (B, L, D)
Leave Jaisalmer for Bikaner (333 Km). Evening visit Karnimata temple & stay at Bikaner hotel. (B, L, D)
After breakfast check out hotel and visit Junagad fort. After sightseeing leave Bikaner for Pushkar 253Km. Arrive Pushkar, evening visit famous only Brahma temple in India. Visit Pushkar lake, Bramha temple. Stay at Pushkar. (B, L, D)
Early morning check out & drop at Jaipur (143km) Railway station/Ajmer Railway station by train No. 09627 Solapur All Express at 11:00 Hrs. (B) Train Depart from Ajmer Railway station at 09:00 Hrs.
