You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % - convenience charge will be applicable, Cheque / Demand draft should be in favours of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.”
- Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you like Aadhar card, Election card or Passport. Kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare & Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
Mode of Payment :
- Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
- Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.

Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
- Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
6.Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.

- 1. Accommodation on twin sharing basis in convenient/standard hotels.
- 2. Internal transfers & sightseeing by Ac vehicle. (A/C will not work in hilly areas)
- 3. Food Plan: (We provide only pure Veg food in “YATRA Tour).

- 4. Entry fees of sightseeing mentioned above.
- 5. Tour escort from Delhi to Delhi.

- 1 Any Air/Train fare and Air/Train Journey foods and Beverages.
- 2 Any increase in airfare, airport tax, fuel surcharge etc.
- 3 Web check in & Seat Selection cost.
- 4 Any new taxes levied by the central or state government.
- 5 Cost of Insurance.
- 6 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 7 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as change in
- airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is not a
- part of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service -Like Doli, Dandi, Helicopter, Horse, Dakshinas, etc.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.
Itinerary
Leave Pune at 04:30 Hrs. by the Goa Express train no.12779 or leave by Train no 12263 Nzm Duronto.
Reach H Nizamuddin railway station at 7:00 Hrs. & (Guest who is coming by flight; they will reach Delhi airport till 7:30 Hrs.) pick up all the guests & proceed to Haridwar, Arrive & check in at hotel, Evening visit to Hari ki Paudi (Ganga aarti) by auto (drop only). Overnight stay at Haridwar. (Meal plan will start from lunch)
Early morning departure to Syanachatti (Yamunotri) enroute lunch, arrival Syanachatti. Night halt at Syanachatti.
Early morning proceed to Janakichetti (Yamunotri) with packed breakfast & lunch, Yamunotri darshan by walk/ Horse / Doli etc. at your own cost, back to night halt at Syanachatti.
Early Breakfast & proceed to Uttarkashi (120 km) enroute lunch, reach Uttarkashi then visit Kashi Vishwanath darshan (1hour), hotel check in & night halt at Uttarkashi.
Early morning proceed to for Gangotri (05.00hrs), enroute breakfast, reach Gangotri, darshan– Pooja, Enroute lunch Bhairavghati – 7 kms from Gangotri, & Uttarkashi, halt.
Early morning, proceed to Sitapur. Enroute breakfast & lunch, arrive Sitapur at evening, Night halt at Phata.
Early morning proceed to Kedarnath darshan (19 km) by walk / Horse / Doli /Helicopter etc. at your own cost, packed breakfast & lunch, & halt at Phata.
Full day for rest. Night halt at Phata.
Proceed to Badrinath via Rudraprayag, enroute breakfast at Guptakashi lunch at Pipal kothi, proceed to Badrinath arrive Joshimath at evening, Night halt at Joshimath.
Early morning proceed to Badrinath temple darshan & Pooja, darshan back to Lunch at hotel, free time for leisure/shopping, night halt at Joshimath.
Leave Joshimath Enroute breakfast, lunch and visit Dev Prayag, arrived Haridwar & halt at haridwar.(270 kms).
Leave Haridwar for Delhi; leave Delhi for Pune by Train no 12780 Goa Exp. and for Mumbai Passenger leave by train no. 22222 CSTM rajdhani Express to Hometown. (You can book flight after 18:00 Hrs.)
