- You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % convenience charge will be applicable, Cheque / Demand draft should be in favours of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.”
- Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you like Aadhar card, Election card or Passport. kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare & Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
- Please note- if you need GST bill for your GST number; please give GST detail at the time of booking. Once receipt done; no changes will be possible.
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
Mode of Payment :
1. Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
2. Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
1. Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
2. Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
3. Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
4. Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
5. Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
6.Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.

- 2. Internal transfers & sightseeing by AC vehicle some sightseeing by Non AC small vehicle.

- 2 Any increase in airfare, airport tax, fuel surcharge etc.
- 3 Web check in & Seat Selection cost.
- 4 Any new taxes levied by the central or state government.
- 5 Cost of Insurance.
- 6 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 7 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such
- as change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food
- which is not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.
Itinerary
Arrive at Bhubaneswar airport & proceed to Puri (65km). Check in Hotel, Dinner and overnight stay at Puri. (D)
Aftar breakfast proceed to Darshan of Jaganath Temple. Afternoon proceed to sightseeing of World Famous Konark Sun Temple (40km). Overnight stay at Puri.(B,L,D)
After breakfast, proceed to Chilika Lake (Satpada) sightseeing (80km). enjoy boat ride, Evening Visit Blue Flag Beach Puri, Overnight stay at Puri.(B, L, D)
After breakfast check out hotel & proceed to Bhubaneswar. Enroute visit Pipli applique village Market, Dhauli Budhist stupa. and arrive Bhubaneswar & sightseeing -Lingaraj temple, State Museum, stay at Bhubaneswar. (B,L,D)
After early breakfast check out hotel & Proceed to Bhubaneswar Railway station. Leave Bhubaneshwar for Kolkata by Train Arrive Howrah Jn, proceed to hotel. Overnight stay at Kolkata. (B, L, D)
Gangasagar day excursion Early morning procced to Gangasaga. Vechile drop at Kakdip,From kakdip you wiil be transfer to ghat by Ferry. From ghat another vechile(Sumo/sedan) will bepick up for Gangasagar Tour. Late evening back to Kolkata. Overnight stay at Kolkata. (B, L,D)
After breakfast check out hotel & Proceed to sightseeing of Dakshineswar Temple & Belur Math, Kalighat, Victoria Memorial (Every Monday Closed). After sightseeing drop at Kolkata Airport for your Return Journey. (B, L)
