- Payment Terms-
You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % convenience charge will be applicable, Cheque / Demand draft should be in favours of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.” - Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you – Election card or Passport. kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
Mode of Payment :
- Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
- Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.

Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
- Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
- Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.

- 02. Internal transfers & sightseeing by Ac Vehicle (A/C will not work in hilly areas)

- 1 Any Air/Train fare and Air/Train Journey foods and Beverages.
- 2 Any increase in airfare, airport tax, fuel surcharge etc.
- 3 Web check in & Seat Selection cost.
- 4 Any new taxes levied by the central or state government.
- 5 Cost of Insurance.
- 6 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 7 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as
- change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which
- is not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.
Itinerary
Morning at (10:00 am) Proceed to Mumbai International Airport for Mumbai to Kathmandu Flight (For Mumbai Passenger report Mumbai airport @ 2.00pm), Arrive at Kathmandu Airport & proceed to hotel, check in hotel & Overnight at Hotel Kathmandu. (D)
After breakfast, check out hotel & proceed to Chiwan (180km) enroute visit Manokamna Temple by Cable Car. Arrive chitwan. Evening enjoy Tharu Cultural Dance. Overnight at Hotel Chitwan. (B, L, D)
After breakfast leave for Chitwan National park Jeep Safari/elephant safari, after lunch enjoy Canoeing ride and Elephant Breeding and Training Center. Dinner & halt at Chitwan hotel. (B, L, D)
After breakfast check out hotel & proceed to Pokhara (140km). Afternoon arrive Pokhara check in hotel & Lunch. Then proceed to sightseeing - Devi falls and GupteshwarMahadev Caves. Evening free for Pokhara local market.Overnight stay at Pokhara Hotel. (B, L, D)
