- Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you like Aadhar card, Election card or Passport. kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare & Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
Mode of Payment :
1. Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
2. Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.

Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
1. Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
2. Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
3. Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
4. Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
5. Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
6.Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.

- 1. Accommodation on twin sharing basis in Deluxe hotels.
- 2. Internal transfers & sightseeing by AC vehicle, (A/C will not work in hilly area)

- 6 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 7 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as
- change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food
- which is not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.
Itinerary
Leave Mumbai by train no 16339 Nagarcoil Exp. at night approx. 20:35Hrs form CSMT.
Full day train Journey.
Reach Nagarcoil at 07:00 Hrs. Leave for Kanyakumari & Check-in at hotel, After lunch Kanyakumari Sightseeing & Stay at Kanyakumari
After breakfast, proceed to Trivandrum Enroute visit Suchindram temple, Afternoon reach Trivandrum hotel check in, lunch and Evening enjoy Kovalam beach sightseeing & Stay at Trivandrum.
After breakfast, morning visit Padmanabh swami temple (Dress code for men/women compulsory) then Trivandrum local Sightseeing-Raja Ravivarma Art gallery, Zoo and Napier Museum, Afternoon visit Jatayu Earth Center, Dinner and stay at Trivandrum.
After breakfast, proceed to Alleppey. In the evening, enjoy a backwater ride and stay at Alleppey, 160km/05hrs.
Leave for Periyar (130 kms), Visit Spice plantation & Kaleripaitu Show (Marshal Art) & stay at Periyar.
Early Morning visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary by boat, After lunch leave Periyar for Munnar & Stay.
Sightseeing of Mattupetty dam, speed boat ride, Echo Point, Eravikulam National Park & stay at Hotel.
Check out & Proceed to Cochin via Kaladi –Shri Adi Shankaracharya temple, lunch, arrived Cochin and visit Chinese fishing net and Church, Check-in at hotel and stay at Cochin (150 Km).
After early breakfast Check out & proceed to visit Guruvayur Temple darshan. (Dress code for men/women compulsory) after darshan leave for your return journey by train at 14.33 Hrs. from Thrissur station.
