- You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % convenience charge will be applicable, Cheque / Demand draft should be in favours of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.”
- Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you like Aadhar card, Election card or Passport. kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare & Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
- Please note- if you need GST bill for your GST number; please give GST detail at the time of booking. Once receipt done; no changes will be possible.
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
Mode of Payment :
1. Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
2. Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.

Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
1. Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
2. Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
3. Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
4. Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
5. Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
6.Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost.
Included and Excluded
- 1. Accommodation on twin sharing basis in Deluxe hotels.
- 2. Internal transfers & sightseeing by AC vehicle some sightseeing by Non AC small vehicle.
- 3. Food Plan: Day 2 : Dinner
- Day 3 to Day 11 : Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Day 12 : Breakfast and Lunch.
- 4. During tour 2 times Non veg (Chicken Item) for Non-vegetarian.
- 5. Entry fees of above mention sightseeing’s only.
- 6. Tour Escort.
- 7. Day 2nd to 12th: Per day per person one drinking water bottle. (Except Infant).
- 8. GST 5%
- 1 Any Air/Train fare and Air/Train Journey foods and Beverages.
- 2 Any increase in airfare, airport tax, fuel surcharge etc.
- 3 Web check in & Seat Selection cost.
- 4 Any new taxes levied by the central or state government.
- 5 Cost of Insurance.
- 6 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 7 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such
- as change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food
- which is not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.
Itinerary
Leave Pune for Gwalior by Jhelum Express train No 11077 at 17:20 Hrs. | Mumbai guest can board at CSMT by Punjab mail @ 19.35 Hrs.
Pune guest reach Gwalior at 15:15 Hrs & Mumbai guest reach @ 15.40 Hrs, Dinner and stay at Gwalior.
After breakfast leave for Gwalior local sightseeing of Gwalior Fort, Sindiya Palace & Sun Temple. Evening free time for shopping at own cost. Dinner and stay at Gwalior.
After breakfast check out hotel & proceed to Khajuraho (276km), enroute visit Jhansi Fort, Orchha sightseeing – Jahangir Mahal, Raja ram Mandir & stay at Khajuraho.
After breakfast leave for local sightseeing of Khajuraho’s World famous Western group of Temples. After lunch Proceed to Bandhavgarh & stay at Bandhavgarh(225 Km).
Today, enjoy morning/evening Jungle Safari & free time in Bandhavgarh & stay at Bandhavgarh.
After breakfast proceed to Jabalpur. Visit Dhuwadhar falls, Bhedaghat. Stay at Jabalpur (170 Km).
After breakfast check out & proceed to Bhopal, Enroute visit Bhimbetka world heritage site (Rock art and paintings), visit Sanchi stupa & stay at Bhopal (300 Km).
Check out & proceed to Ujjain. Arrive & Sightseeing of Ujjain -Mahankaleshwar Jyotirling temple, Kal bhairav temple at Ujjain, & stay at Ujjain. (200 Km)
Proceed for Omkareshwar Temple (137 Km). After lunch proceed to Maheshwar (66 Km). Visit Ahilayabai Holkar old Palace & stay at Maheshwar.
After breakfast check out & proceed for Mandu, Visit Rani Rupmati Palace, Jahaj Mahal & arrive Indore. Visit Indore local sightseeing Annapurna Temple, Bada Ganesh Temple & stay at Indore.
