- Payment Terms-
- You can pay by Cheque/ Demand Draft/ Debit / Credit card/ NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS. For Debit / Credit card payment additional 2.0 % convenience charge will be applicable, Cheque / Demand draft should be in favours of “Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.”
- Extra Bed means extra mattress on floor/ground.
- Carry original Photo ID with you like Aadhar card, Election card or Passport. kindly carry the same ID card on tour. (For Infant- Birth Certificate)
- Minimum 15 Adults must have to conduct the tour, if less than that decision will be taken by the Management of the Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
- Tour Payment must be done in the name of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt Ltd. & Train fare/Airfare must be done in the name of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt Ltd.
- Discount policy totally depends on booking date and group size; so it may change person to person. So please do not compare with others passenger cost.
- Please note- if you need GST bill for your GST number; please give GST detail at the time of booking. Once receipt done; no changes will be possible.
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds.
- Only Veg meal will be available on this tour.
- If stay at Tent is not available, Hotel will be provided for stay.
- All tents are strictly nonsmoking as per Government Regulations.
Mode of Payment :
1. Initial Booking Amount 75 % of total tour cost & All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour.
2. Payment against Forex/Dollar/Euro/Pound will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.

Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only, Cancellation charges are per person as per below-
1. Before 90 days cancellation, then only registration fee 10% of total tour cost is treated as Cancellation charges. (except Air/Train fare)
2. Between 60 to 89 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 30 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
3. Between 30 to 59 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
4. Between 15 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 70 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
5. Between 7 to 14 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost, (except Air/Train fare)
6.Between 1 to 6 Days no refund, In case of `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are 100% of the tour Cost

- 6 Any upgradation in airline class, vehicle, hotel or hotel room category.
- 7 Cost of Pre/Post tour hotel accommodation.
- 8 Any extra expense incurred due to any forced majeure situation before the tour departure or during the tour, such as
- change in airline schedule, route or operation, changing the tour date, change in hotel etc.
- 9 Personal expense like porterage, laundry, telephone, shopping, alcoholic beverages, extra mineral water or food which is
- not a part of group’s set meal menu.
- 10 Any extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any personal emergency.
- 11 Cost of any optional activity or service.
- 12 Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour package includes’ column.
Itinerary
Reached Ahmedabad Airport by 11.00 am, proceed to Bhuj, Arrival & Check in at Hotel and Stay at Bhuj. (L, D)
After breakfast, visit Aina Mahal, Prag Magal, Sharad Baug Palace, Kutch Museum at Bhuj Later we visit Swaminarayan Temple – sprawling on a 35,000 sq. feet area, this Temple has 7 sky touching pinnacles, It consists of one central dome, 25 minor domes and 258 pillars. Evening free for relax, Dinner & Stay at Bhuj. (B, L, D)
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Rann Utsav-Dhordo, Arrival at tent city, After lunch check in and free time for shopping/Adventure activities, Evening enjoy Sunset & Cultural Activities at White Rann, Dinner and halt at Dhordo. (B, L,D)
