Mode of Payment:
1. Initial Booking Amount 50% Per Person which is Non Refundable
2. All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour,
3. Payment against Dollar $ will acceptable at the respective rate of the day
Cancellation:The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.
1. Before 30 day’s cancellation, then only registration fee (Rs: 15, 000/-) is treated as Cancellation charges.
2. Between 16 to 29 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
4. Between 1 to 7 Days or ‘No Show’ no refund, Cancellation charges are 100% of the tour cost

- 08 Nights’ Accommodation in mentioned or similar hotel with Breakfast
- All Sightseeing & transfer on SIC bais
- Economy Class Airfare & Airport Taxes (calculated airfare is aprox)
- Schengen Tourist Visa
- GST @ 5 %
- TCS @ 5%
- Any weekend surcharge over and above airfare will must have to be paid by the passengers
- Porterage, excess baggage, Oversize luggage, charges expenses of personal nature and all other items not Specifically mentioned as being included in the cost

Itinerary
Arrive in Frankfurt, and depart to Heidelberg from Frankfurt Flughafen train station. Heidelberg is a city worth falling in love with the dreamy, romantic setting around the Old Bridge and the castle, an unparalleled choice of culture and entertainment wherever you go, and hearty yet heavenly cuisine. All of which is nestled between the Neckar River and the foothills of the Odenwald forest. Today evening stroll along the riverside and enjoy the view of the illuminated castle -the only light in the darkness of the forested hills, a truly romantic view for a Romantic Road route. Today after breakfast, Visit the old town & Heidelberg Castle and the extensive castle gardens which are a magnet for visitors and the city’s top attraction. Walk up one of the many paths – or take the Philosophenweg (Philosopher’s Path) you have a breathtaking view of the city, the castle, the river, and the surrounding hills. Back in the city, you will find a huge variety of historic buildings, impressive memorials, and elaborate fountains, all of which have fascinating tales to tell. Enter the old town and you find yourself embarking on a journey back through history. The Heidelberg skyline is dominated by church spires that tower above the houses. Today depart from Heidelberg to Würzburg by train. Wurzburg is a pleasant harmony of history, culture and wine. This University City and former royal seat is idyllically situated on either side of the Main River and offers a vibrant atmosphere and an endearing charm. Today afternoon depart for city tour through Würzburg with the Bimmelbahn, Wurzburg Drive through the old town and through the unique history of Würzburg. From the magnificent residence, to the cathedral, along the Main and within sight of the Marienberg fortress. Everything is easy for you to admire from the train. You will also learn fun and interesting facts, old-fashioned and current, glamorous and possibly also cruel, romantic and temperamental about Würzburg and its inhabitants. Today depart by train from Wurzburg to Rothenburg. Rothenburg is named in part after its location on a plateau overlooking the Tauber River. Rothenburg ob der Tauber means “Red fortress above the Tauber” in German. There are very few places elsewhere in the world with such a wealth of original buildings dating from the Middle Ages as there are here. Today evening explore, The medieval town of Rothenburg is itself the main attraction, with its colorful houses, cobblestone lanes, and pretty squares. Overnight in Rothenburg Ob der Tauber.
Today explore and stroll through Rothenburg's Spitalviertel district, passing through one of the preserved Medieval town gates or visiting the wonderful churches. St. James' Church, for example, has a beautiful stone carving depicting Christ and the sleeping apostles. Also special is the beautifully decorated St. Wolfgang's Church at the Klingentor gate. It doesn't really matter where you go in Rothenburg ob der Tauber, as a different delightful sight will appear at every turn. Today evening, explore Füssen's historical Old Town situated on the banks of the River Lech. Its unique ambience invites you to go on a journey of discovery into the past or take a leisurely look around the shops. Overnight in Fussen.
Today make your ow way to the royal castles of Neuschwanstein Castles only 5 km away from Fussen. The fairytale castle Neuschwanstein is a popular sight in Germany. The castle in Hohenschwangau (Bavaria) was built by order of King Ludwig II and the inspiration for the Disney Cinderella castle. Overnight in Fussen.
Today depart for Munich by train. Get acquainted with Munich the easy way on a fun, flexible hop-on hop-off city bus tour.
