Mode of Payment:
1. Initial Booking Amount per person 50% of the total tour cost, which is interest free.
2. All the balance must be clear before 15 days prior to Departure of tour,
3. Payment against Dollar $ will acceptable at the respective rate of the day.
4. Airfare, Visa, Insurance amount in favour of Bhagyashri Travels Pvt. Ltd.
5. Tour Package amount in favour of Bhagyashree Tours Pvt. Ltd.
Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.
1. Before 45 days cancellation, then only registration fee (Rs: 35, 000/-) is treated as Cancellation charges.
2. Between 16 to 44 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 50 % of the tour cost.
3. Between 8 to 15 days prior to departure of the tour, cancellation charges are 90 % of the tour cost.
4. Between 1 to 7 Days / `no show’ no refund i.e. cancellation charges are100% of the tour cost

- Forex: At the time of final payment respective dollar rate of the day will be calculated.
Please Note: –
- In case visa is rejected or not approved in time for any reason, we are not responsible for the same & full charges including our service charges will must have to be paid by the Client.
- Passport should be valid upto 09 month prior to arriving in India, Otherwise passenger may not travel to international Destinations.
- Tour Will Conduct on minimum 15 Pax, if less than that tour departure decision will be depend on the Management of the Bhagyashri Travels Pvt ltd.
- Baggage per person is allowed upto 15 kg and hand Bag upto 07 Kg
- Bus/Coach Seat allotment are as per first cum first serve basis.
- Forex: USD $ 1 = INR 90/-; (Subjected to Market)
- Hotel Check in time: 1500hr; Hotel Check out Time: 1100hrs
- Pan card is mandatory for booking. [PAN & ADHAR SHOULD BE LINKED WITH MOBILE NUMBER]
- It is advisable to have insurance in case of cancellation on medical grounds

Itinerary
Check in at MUMBAI airport, after completing all Airport formalities board your flight, Arrive Denpasar Airport in Bali, then check in to hotel, stay at hotel. (D)
Breakfast at hotel, proceed for water sports activities at famous Tanjug Benoa beach (we have 3 activities included in tour cost which is 1 x Banana boat, 1 x Jet Ski, 1 x Parasailing, rest activities on own cost), After that lunch proceed to Uluwatu Temple is dedicated to god Rudra (Shankar), have dinner in Indian Restaurant, Overnight stay at hotel.
Pick up at 6:00am with pack breakfast & proceed to harbour (Jetty) by boat we go for Nusa Penida Island, there are small vehicle like SUV 5 persons can seat, first we visit angel billabong, broken beach, kelingking beach, Lunch at Local Restaurant, after lunch visit crystal bay beach, then back to hotel, have dinner in Indian Restaurant, Overnight stay at hotel. Breakfast at hotel, visit GWK Cultural Park there is a grand and captivating statue of Guruda Ridding by Lord Vishnu, after Lunch transfer to Ubud hotel, have dinner in Indian Restaurant, Overnight stay at hotel. (B, L, D)
Breakfast at hotel, proceed for Ubud village this village is famous for Culture and Tradition, Rice Terrace, lunch in Restaurant, after lunch visit Kintamani volcano view point, have dinner in Indian Restaurant, Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast proceed to airport for your return flight to Mumbai, Board to flight, Arrive Mumbai and Tour End with Happy Memories!!!
